Hi, I have had my DJM-S11 in a warranty repair center for over 6 months, with no knowledge of when it will get fixed. I have tried calling the repair shop dozens of times and have gotten nowhere. I have called the Pioneer number to request assistance 6 times and have never gotten a response from anyone, even though each time they promise to reply "within 24 to 72 business hours" (ticket #'s 334287 and #292811). Please help, my DJ career has been completely ruined because of this entire episode and all I want to do is get back to my passion.

Jeez bro. 6 months?! At this point they should just send you a new S11. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. This forum is pretty dead and crickets also sometimes. Hopefully someone from Pioneer will see it and respond to you though. That situation really sucks. I also have a S11 and can't imagine being without it for 6 months. Maybe you should buy a Numark Scratch just to be able to play on for right now? Good luck with it fam.
Thanks dude, its been real real frustrating but I'm trying to stay motivated and keep at it, I gotta get something done or I'm gonna lose it.
I will look into this and see what I can find out for you.
Hi Jay,
Please let me know everything you find out. My mixer is currently (and has been since December) at Pro Audio Video Plus in Lawrenceville, GA. I have called them so many times I have stopped counting and the owner has been the rudest, most completely unprofessional person each time. I don't even know if theyve ever even looked at the mixer. When I called in March (after calling all through January and February and being told nothing) the owner asked me what the issue with the mixer was, indicating that since December it must have just sat in the back completely ignored. The latest I have heard is that the parts needed for repairs are on backorder, but obviously its pretty hard for me to trust anything they tell me at this point. Is there any chance I could simply get a replacement S11 at this point? I have lost thousands and thousands of dollars in gigs I've had to turn down at this point and I'm just desperate to have my gear back. Thank you so much for simply replying this is the first time anyone from Pioneer has responded to my inquiries in months. If you have any updates please email me at jessehtutor@gmail.com
