Hey guys I have a question.
My friend has a XDJ RX3 and I came to his house to play and have some fun. When I put my pen drive with some songs that were not bought / licensed (they were just .mp3), the rx3 was able to play the songs but could not preview them in that wave form.
Actually, it just showed the song wave as the song was played. But it couldn't show them entirelly before i hit PLAY.
These songs also appeared at the screen with ''.mp3'' at the end of the song name. And the licensed songs didn't (they just show the name of the song and no ''.mp3'' at the end)
Is this ''preview'' problem because they were not licensed ?

the songs do not analyze ahead of time on the RX3 so the preview and preview audio will not work and will build up as the track is playing
Any songs you want to preview must be analyzed in Rekordbox before they are exported to a flash drive or played through Rekordbox
I exported the playlist to my pen drive.
Now they will show the preview in the waveform ??
correct, as long as the wave preview and analyzed data shows on the track in RB and then you export it to the flash drive, you should then see it on the RX3 when scrolling through the tracks that have been analyzed properly
Correct, as above, you must run your songs through the rekordbox software to gain these cool functions... Have fun :)
