Hello friends, I am an xdj rx2 user with latest rekordbox updated. I noticed no matter what laptop I use the controller after a certain time just stop playing like the deck is freezing and controller stop responding. Sometimes I can play 5-6-8 hours before this happen, until now no one come with a solution, I heard is a well known problem for this controller. Anyone help ? thanks
If it's when using it as a controller, chances are it's a driver issue. Please create a ticket with the support team in your region for further assistance in resolving this issue.
