MIDI NO PLAY PLAN CORE 6.6.3

  1. Hello, I purchased the Core plan, I have everything activated and the midi section does not work, I want to use my traktor x1 mk2 controller and it does not turn on the midi, I already have the core plan purchased and it cannot be that it does not work, can you provide some solution or help
