Use the trim knobs to adjust the levels. There is literally a knob on the face of the controller for you to adjust this.
I waited for months in the queue to get an XDJ-XZ. Now that it has happened, I am highly disappointed to hear my stream recordings and notice that channel two has a lower volume when streaming using software like OBS.
After paying more than 2K for a controller, it is ridiculous that I had to spend extra money to purchase Loopback to fix the issue.
The worst part is to discover that people have been reporting this issue for more than a year now, and you have not fixed it.
Clearly, it is possible to solve via software or a virtual input source. I can only blame your lack of will for not fixing this issue.
If you are thinking of buying an XDJ, be aware of this flaw. If I had known this before, I would rather spend my money on another controller.

Oh, Ok. I see it.
The issue is that, at the same time, I need to record the mix to my flash drive connected to the USB-2. From my understanding, the trim knobs are also used to control the recording levels in the XDJ-XZ.
I guess I could adjust the trim knobs around +20° only for Channel 2 every time I am streaming but then, could you let me know how to do this without affecting the mix recording?
