DJM TOUR 1 SCREEN NOT WORKING PROPERLY

we use the tour 1 and the screen is stuck at the vertical wave view on the screen. if we want to use the left top options like browse or wave format horizontal, so  to go back to browse it does not work if we want to go wave view horizontal it does not work if you push on the screen

We have updated the latest firmware so no issues on this from january 2020 and it is connected off coure to cdj-3000 or cdj-2000 nxs2 so also cannot be the issue.
