Cdj 3000 screen keeps freezing

Several times now the screen has frozen and unable to operate most functions. The only way to resume was to restart which is totally unacceptable. Yet another glitch in the £4400 setup. This has happened on both players. Both running latest firmware. Returning these is looking more likely every day. https://youtu.be/pE6tUpG6XMs

Sorry to see that. You're right - this is unacceptable and unexpected. I'll ask you to please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue. Be sure to include information on how you have everything connected, what kind of USB drive you're using, as well as the media being played and whether it's repeatable following the same steps or if it occurs at random.
