Hola, me esta pasando lo mismo con mi reproductor nuevo 3000 y un mixer Djm 900nxs2.

CDJ-3000 touch cue & track preview not working with current firmware
I have CDJ-3000s firmware v1.05 and DJM-900NXS2 v2.07.
headphone volume is normal and Link is activated but no sound for either the touch cue or track preview. I can see the search cursor on the CDJ-3000 so the touch display is working, just no audio.

Do you have the players and mixer all linked via Pro DJ Link (ethernet)?
