HDJ-X5 Headphone Issue

Dear Pioneer DJ Team

I was told to post here for help to solve my problem with the HDJ-X5.

The headphones were purchased on November 6, 2020 from Guitar Center in Boston. Beginning last week one side of the headphones stopped working. i have contacted service centers and they do not handle headphone issues. I only use in my mixer and need them to mix at home. 

I would appreciate your replacing them on my behalf. I have the original receipt from Guitar Center and the box. I bought them because Guitar Center suggested they are a good set of phones.

Again please send me a new pair. I can bring the not working model to Guitar Center should you want me to do so. 

I really would appreciate a new set.
