Lighting Fixture Request rekordbox mistake!!

Hey so I requested a fixture request for the Ridgeyard 7R Beam 16 Channel Moving Head Light. You guys seemed to have messed something up when putting it in the database because the moving head itself moves around but does not light up, change color. When you go to hover over the fixture in RB lighting settings, it resorts to strobing white light instead of what its supposed to do, static white light. Please fix this because I was supposed to have these out on an event tomorrow. I do not want to wait another week for a mistake that was not my fault. Please push this update through asap.

We have made some minor changes within the color/gobo wheels. However, this does not explain that the fixture is not working as expected. On the other hand, the manual is missing details for channel 10 (it calls it colour effect but it has a gobo image on the same channel), plus the last channel (16th) has is repeated  two times with different DMX details.
Please make sure the document is correct and let us know with more details what is not working so that we can correct the library file.

I have made a minor change to the visibility of one of the images blocking a dmx chart. I have also attached an extra file. Please go back and check the strobes and dimmer and make sure there isn't a mistype because I went through FreeStyler and mapped everything out and it seems to be working fine.

This is how the fixture is at the moment with the only missing part being channels 11+13 which have no detailed description in your document. Please wait for the changes to be reflected in the next rekordbox fixture library update (performed once a week on Wednesday or Thursday except from the national and company holidays). Please find the latest list of the library fixtures here.
