DDJ-SR2 pause/play, tempo, jog wheels, performance pads unresponsive

I have reinstalled Windows and DJ Pro, updated drivers.  All other features (cue, fx knobs, shift, etc.) seem to be working fine but I can't really test them until I can get a track playing.
