DJM-V10 setting utility not connected - Windows 10

DJM-V10 FW 1.08

Windows 10 - up to date patched

Pioneer latest Windows 10 Driver

DJM-v10 shows up correctly in Device Manager

DJM-V10 won't connect in Pioneer Setting Utility and I cannot see it in Sound Devices in Control panel.

It has worked prior to now.
