Rekordbox does not start on event

Today I prepared an event for tonight. I put everything into place and at last I connected my macbook air M1 with power and my DDJ RR. Both via USB-C.

Then I opened rekordbox on my mac but nothing happened. This is already the second time that rekordbox wont open on an event. 

In every case I head to restart my mac and try to open it. On both events it took several time to show the rekordbox program window. 

At home - it wanted to reproduce the error. But here everything works very fine. Rekordbox opens and closes much faster and reliable. 

Here is a error log which I got on the event, when I had to force RB to shut down.
