Rekordbox Cloud - Playlists Won't sync


Recently registered for the new Cloud Unlimited service to sync my Windows Rekordbox library with my MacBook Pro library; have setup the playlists and cloud sync on Windows, but whilst I can see the files syncing on Dropbox, the playlists don't seem to come over on Rekordbox?

I've made sure both Rekordbox apps are signed into my Pro account, and the same Dropbox account too. Also set the playlists to auto Upload too. Any advice?

You signed in to the same account on both, but did you activate the plan on both? Open the MY PAGE panel to the PLAN tab. Verify that you have activated that device, then on the LIBRARY SYNC tab, click the first toggle to make sure sync is enabled.
