DDJ 400 HEADPHONE CUE ERROE

Hi Team Pioneer Dj,

I am Facing an issue, getting track sound in headphones without on headphone cue button when mixing knob on CUE and when i turn mixing knob to master sound turned off, this happing while all the CUE buttons are off.

please Help me to sort this issue ASAP.

What do you have your audio preferences configured as? Post a screenshot of your rekordbox audio preferences to show. Thanks.

Okay, you're configured correctly - so what you're saying is you're hearing the CUE when the mix knob is turned to MASTER and you don't have the cue buttons pressed for either channel?
