Experiencing an issue where the auto loop function on the left deck is not functioning at all. The indicator light for the "off" function does not light up on power up. The right deck is working completely fine its just the left deck auto loop that does not work at all. Thank for any help.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, it's still not working. I got the unit brand new a couple of months ago off a third party website. I'm not sure if its even a software issue at this point. It's never been dropped, always in a case. I'm not sure what my options are at this point. Anyway, I appreciate the response. Thank you.
Could certainly be a hardware fault, you could check it with a MIDI monitor application to see if it's even sending a signal.
