Thank you for this request Dan! I've passed it onto our engineers.
It really could do with a pattern chain function. Maybe have a shortcut, like shift then press the step buttons for the patterns you want in the chain. or press pattern and scene then select the step keys?
Also a repeat function for the end of arrangement would be useful to achieve pattern chain. at present the arranger stops once its run its course, there could be a repeat function that can be set to n# or just infinite. It would also be useful to select the action when the end of arrangement has been reached, such as end or stay on current pattern.

CHAIN PATTERN is also for us very important! Please!
+1 - just look at the AIRA line of Roland gear to see how they accomplish this goal please! On my AIRA stuff I just tap two pattern boxes at once and the region between them loops in a longer arrangement until I select another pattern button.
Your Toraiz SP-16 didn't look appealing to me at first because the specs are way behind the times for 2017 (256 RAM, no internal battery, slower processor, etc)
BUT - you hit the nail on the head with FUN, FAST workflow, PLAYABILITY, and excellent SOUND via the filters.
I sincerely hope you guys expand upon this box in the future. Make it a bit more complex (multiple fx chains, playback sounds from other "scenes" simultaneously, chain patterns together for playback).
But yeah, chain pattern please!

I agree! It does things no other sampler can. But it seems you need an additional sampler to do the tasks the TSP-16 cannot do.
another +1...really wishing for this!
Just got my Toraiz last week and I have to agree the people above - pattern chaining or at least the ability to loop the sequence at the end back to initial pattern is essential. This essentially is a show stopper when it comes to design the live sets that are slightly more complex than usual house/techno patterns, something that involves long passages of melodies, pads or longer acapellas and involves looping the whole theme. It is literally impossible to accomplish at the moment, unless you just key in every loop individually into the sequencer n number of times.
Pioneer, please implement this asap, this is a real deal breaker! Other than that - this machine is much more live friendly than any other sampler I've tried, well done!
...I'd definitely use the sp 16 more. Everything right here ^
Is this in the works at all yet?
