Which firmware are you using and what is the source you're playing from when this happens?

the firmware is 1.13 the latest one and the source is CD and flash drive have not tried it on laptop yet it was doing it on the old firmware 1.09 to 1.12 also

Do you have AutoCue enabled? Are you using the cross-fader or the channel fader?
