Toraiz AS-1 Oscillator 1 Note Change Problem - MIDI from FL Studio

Hello. I'm having a huge headache with my Toraiz AS-1 constantly changing its' Oscillator 1 note to a much higher value every time any MIDI information is sent to it from my FL Studio DAW. 

Even when I set "MIDIParamRcv" to Off it is still constantly being changed from the default note to a value much higher value. This problem occurs 100% of the time. It does not occur when I send MIDI from my octatrack to the Toraiz, just from my PC running FL Pro 11.

Really would appreciate any help or insights! Otherwise i love the Toraiz. Thank you.
