DDJ-SB2 : No Sound ouput at all - Complete beginner

Hi everyone, purchased a Pioneer DDJ-SB2 online and couldn't figure out how to get the audio to work, have purchased a RCA with the decks but it's Red and black instead of Red and White? this may be why I'm getting no sound but I'm unsure, also are the MIC jacks and the headphone jacks on the side necessary to start playing at home?.

I also thought it was something to do with my speaker as it is only a basic speaker with an Aux in at the back?.... and no RCA red and white connectors at the back.

Please can someone give me some information as I don't want to waste more money on wrong products.
