No sirve rekordbox dvs vinyl control interface 2

 En Mac no detecta el timecode de vinyl y no aparece la opción para seleccionar tornamesa 

en Windows el botón tornamesa aparece inhabilitado 

 

urge solución !!! 😡😡😡😡

I need to know a bit more ...

Have you installed the drivers?
Do you have the DVS license enabled in rekordbox?
Have you enabled DVS mode?
Is the Interface2 audio device selected on the Audio preferences page?
