The master cue, no - that's stored per-deck, but things like Hot Cues and Memory Cues are added instantly to any instance of the track.

rekordbox - when two decks have the same track loaded, setting cue points in one deck is not reflected in the other (in realtime)
Say, track "X" is loaded in deck a and b. Now if I set (or change) some cue points in deck a, the changes are not reflected in deck b (not untill re-load of track). It would be nice if it was realtime
