You can run the send to your DJS1000 and route the DJS output into the RMX, then route the RMX outputs back to the return on the mixer. Done.

DJS1000 — RMX1000
Hi folks, some advice please...I’ve just purchased myself the Djs1000. My current setup is two Cdjs2000s nexus/1 djm900nexus/1 RMX1000. With sent and return being needed for the djs1000 dose this mean my RMX1000 can’t no longer be used? Thanks

Now you need a "thru" channel on the DJS to play the audio from the send into the RMX. The only issue with this - anything you send to the DJS/RMX will be blended with the signal from the DJS before being affected by the RMX. That could be alright, could pose issues, depending on your intent.
