KUVO Account Delete & Rekordbox deactivation

I recently have formatted my pcs, and now i have not got the ability to deactivate my accounts. I want to delete my kuvo account but can't progress due to lack off licenses deactivation. I sent the inquiry form and didn't get an answer. Help me soon.

Sorry about that. I've asked our agents in that region to provide a response - it may have been overlooked as it was close to the weekend. The ticket is the only way to do what you're asking, so thanks for your patience.
