I tried last night, couldn't get it to go. One option I've used around that is the SP1, you just don't get to use the CDJ itself to manipulate, just the SP1 and the mixer.

Change the deck assignment on CDJ in Rekordbox DJ
Is it possible to change the deck assignment on CDJ in Rekordbox DJ after have choosing to start using HID mode? When using the CDJ2000 with Traktor I can change deck I want to control, by pressing and holding down the Rotary selector button on the CDJ.
