Lost Rekordbbox License

I have buy XDJ RX and got Rekordbox DJ License. But after reinstall Window on my PC i have lost my license key. How can i got my license key again ? My mother have been throught away my Controller box include license key inside

Go to PioneerDJ.com, click Login at the top right of the page.
Login to your account, then click your name at the top right to view your profile.
On your profile page, click the Licenses menu item, and your product licenses will be listed to the right.

I´ve tried that, but it didn't work. It doesn't have any registered license. Is there any record or history of registered licenses ?
