Xdjrx2 cue points

When using instant doubles the cue points do not show up on the other deck but they show up in the waveform .

When using Instant Doubles, the hot cues are not loaded in the interest of performance; loading the hot cues to memory would take time and that would delay the "instant" nature of "Instant Doubles."
