I have a DDJ-FLX4. I'm running the latest firmware and Rekordbox 6.6.7.
When I switch the beat fx channel selector to channel 2, the second fx unit in Rekordbox (FX2) is activated. However, the FX Select button still controls FX1. This means that I can't change the effect from the controller when applying an effect to channel 2.
I've created a YouTube video to demonstrate. Am I missing anything in settings?
This is not a bug, it's how the FLX4 was designed and integrated with rekordbox. Unfortunately this is not something that can be changed at this time, but please note it is documented in the owner's manual on page 68:

@Pulse, were you able to replicate this issue?
What's interesting is when the FX strip is in 3x effect mode, the FX select button actually changes the effect in both FX banks on slot 1 simultaneously, but changing to 1x effect mode, only deck 1 changes.
I'll pass this to the rekordbox team.
