Pioneer DJM750MK2 Magvel Cut In Inconsistency

Made the switch to the DJM750 MK2 recently.

My normal scratch routines were sounding off, and it took me a minute to figure out why. The cut in distance of the Magvel on the DJM750MK2 is longer than the cut out distance. This is demonstrated in the video below.

1st question, is there a way to fix this?
2nd question, Is the crossfader replaceable by removing the front plate of the mixer, or does the entire top plate need to come off?
3rd question, does replacing the crossfader on this mixer void the warranty (as it does not have a user accessible fader plate)?

1. Unfortunately not, sorry, as there is no customization of the settings on the crossfader other than curve.

2. You'd need to remove the entire faceplate to service the crossfader.

3. Replacing it does not void the warranty provided you replace it with a genuine replacement part.

Oof. I was going to replace it with an Innofader. As this is a brand new unit, does this cut in inconsistency fall under warranty replacement or is it an intended function of the crossfader?

So long as if you have any other problems you swap back to the normal fader, nobody will be the wiser. ;)
