You probably have the master level in Serato turned up too high - look at the top right of the screen; the "circle" should only be half-full (to the 12 o'clock position).

As I said even if I am not using serato, there is some disturbing sound coming through the sound card. If I play music from youtube, channel 1 shows that output but some tik tik sound comes through the other channels in between...
Yeah, that's not a surprise, but it's also not an audio device for that purpose. If you are using the DDJ for audio from your system simultaneously, you could be negatively affecting the audio as the driver is not intended for output from multiple applications.
I am not playing from multiple applications. This was found during my first use with serato alone on windows 11. So I quit the program and tried to play a music directly from the system just to make sure it was not serato. The same sound comes with serato and without serato as well. I changed the ddj sz2 and used another sound card, but there was no problem. Hence came into the conclusion that it is THE DRIVER OF DDJ SZ2 THAT IS THE VERSION 1.04
If you have Serato running, make sure the SZ2 is not set as the Windows default audio output device, that constitutes "multiple applications."
