What about your audio connections? Using headphones or rca output to a mixer? Make sure your master fader and channel faders are up. The quickstart guide worked for me.

Brand new DDJ-FLX6-GT No Audio on MAC !
I just received my new DDJ-FLX6-GT last week. I connected it to my Mac Book Pro running Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.1.
The controller (midi) seems to function perfectly, however there in NO audio.
I have it selected in sound preferences on the MAC os, but it does not show up under the Serato sound section.
I have tried every trick I could find online, but no luck.
Please help as I am about to return this thing but I don't want to.

I tested all connections. Master, trim & channels all up - Nothing. Mac - BigSur 11.7.2 (20G1020)
