I SEE SUPPORT ONLY HELP WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT?

hi all but  why do i see so many problem post  but no support any wear to be seen .....there are so many post with 0 comments 

i sent email 4 days ago finally  got someone from support to try  help me solve me headphone mixer nob  not working ...i sent the information  but no support has just gone dead? 

sorry but this is terrilbe   ....virtual dj replies pretty quick ..soon as i turn to rekordbox dj  support is shocking 

iv send wattsapp message ..emails ...twitter   nothink is  being much done ....virtual dj i had same issue  no headphone mixer working they solved it in like 5 mins ??

pioneer support  try to help gone quiet and problem still not solved 

for a company like pioneer should treat there customers way better then this ...just look at all the problem post  with 0  replies  this is  shocking  

iv had a  gut full of lake of support ...its terrible  ..ill just  keep my problem 

im on free virsion  was  going to test rekordbox dj aand go  to pro version ..but if support is as bad as this  no chance .....1  tiny problem and  yesterday all day  still no fix ...replied  no  reply  ....thanks  pioneer but this is terrible  

ill be trying to  contact some of the higher people and  report this lake of support  its very very bad
