DDJ-FLX4 USB-A connection problem after Win10 shuts down / restarts

Hello,

After Laptop / PC power is OFF (restart / shut down / hibernate). DDJ-FLX4 automatically disconnects from Windows. Helping only reattaching USB cable.

  1. Win10 x64 / Version 22H2 / 120.2212.4190.0 (Up to date)
  2. DDJ-FLX firmware 1.02 (Up to date)
  3. USB 3.0 port (Drivers, bios Up to date)
  4. Connected via USB-A to USB-C (Type-C) adapter or cable

 

LAPTOP:

  • Lenovo Ideapad S145-15API
  • AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with AMD Radeon Vega Mobile Gtx 2.10 Ghz (4 cores)
  • AMD radeon Vega 8 Graphics 2048Mb DDR4 1200Mhz
  • RAM: DDR4 8GB 2400 Mhz 
  • WIN10 x64

PC:

The DDJ-FLX4 uses USB-C connection because it makes use of the 9V capabilities of the USB-C port. Connecting via USB-A with an adapter will not provide the DDJ the necessary power as USB-A only provides 5V. Please use a USB-C power adapter if your computer does not have the requisite USB-C port.

Estou com o mesmo problçema (HP PROBOOK 650), já reportádo á pionner sem resposta satisfatória para a resolução do problema.

Será que o problema vai ser resolvido no futuro? Ou terei que adquirir outro computador? QUAIS OS COMPUTADORES COMPATIVEIS?
