Audio problems ddj 1000

Just made ticket to support but  perhaps someone here can help me out.

Finally my DDJ 1000 was available and very happy to buy one. Tested it a bit and everything was ok. Now i have holiday and analyzed all my tracks and the sound is awful, crackling and off key. Horrible!

Windows settings are optimized and good, there are no latency issues. My old traktor MK2 works flawless.

When i don't use my ddj1000 en listen to rekordbox through the speakers of my laptop there are no issues. But when i turn on my controller the sound is very bad. I reinstalled the driver but no help there. Anyone can help this desperate pioneer newbie?
