DDJ400 and Reko

Having issues with Controller. Music plays via laptop and can be controlled via Master Level however nothing else works on the DDJ400 even though all LED lights are working. This has been used for a while no issues. Recently wiped laptop because of Beatport issue. Anybody able to assist?

Could be that the computer has set the DDJ as its default audio device and thus its not available for software control. Unfortunately we don't have much to go on, so I'll recommend that you create a ticket with the support team in your region for further assistance in resolving this issue. Thanks.
