Audio Signal cutting out when using XDJ-XZ with Rekordbox.

Audio signal is cutting out when using XDJ-XZ in Performance Mode with Rekordbox. If I disconnect the controller from my computer and play the audio file in Rekordbox, it plays normally, so the issue cannot be with the computer or with Rekordbox. The issue only happens when I'm using the XDJ-XZ as a controller. I'm using Windows 11, brand new Asus laptop. I'm using the XDJ-XZ ASIO in Rekordbox settings. I've tried various Buffer size settings in the XDJ-XZ settings utility, none of which solved the issue. I've tried using multiple USB cables connecting the XDJ-XZ to my Laptop.

Please view the audio waveform below, this is a recording I made which displays the problem in a waveform. These audio glitches are very audible and disruptive.

Latest XDJ-XZ driver. Latest version of Rekordbox.

Same here with a Lenovo Notebook, Rekordbox & Windows 10 lastest updates. MacOS Ventura works fine.

Not using a USB Hub, the cable is connected directly from the XDJ-XZ into the laptop.

Check your computer manufacturer's support site for updated BIOS and drivers. You also may want to look into whether your computer has any kind of Intel boosting enabled as that may be causing the drivers to dropout temporarily.

All BIOS and drivers for my Laptop are up to date. It does not have any kind of Intel boosting enabled. I have uninstalled Rekordbox and all XDJ-XZ drivers + settings utility, and then reinstalled all of it. The issue persists.

All music in Rekordbox plays normally when the XDJ-XZ is not connected to the Laptop. When I connect the XDJ-XZ and use it in Performance mode WITH the XDJ-XZ ASIO driver, the music skips and cuts out as pictured above. If I play music using Windows Line audio through the XDJ-XZ instead of the ASIO driver, everything works normally.

It seems like there is an issue with the XDJ-XZ ASIO driver when used with the latest version of Rekordbox on Windows PC.

Hi there! I am having the exact same issue. But, we use Serato.

We are using the XDJ-XZ ASIO audio driver. It is such a nuisance during gigs! Pleas let us know if there is something we should do to fix it.

I'm in the same boat, it only stutters on channel 1 in performance mode.

Link Mode and Standalone mode do work excellently.

The problem also happens when using the XDJ-XZ and Serato, so it's not just on Rekordbox. I downgraded my PC to windows 10 and the problem is resolved. There is an issue with the XDJ-XZ Firmware compatibility and Windows 11.
