Rekordbox completely hanging computer for 5+ minutes on certain tracks.

I've been going through my colleciton preparing a playlist and on occasional tracks rekord box hangs when loading the preview and makes the computer completely unresponsive (except moving mouse). I cant click on any other windows or bring up the activity monitor to kill rekord box. After waiting about 5 minutes it returns. 

Just recently updated to latest rekordbox. I'm on mac high sierra.

Hi Tom,

Unfortunately High Sierra is no longer supported, so if your computer is running macOS 10.13, you should update to at least 10.15 (the minimum version). If you are unable to update, that would tell me your computer's a bit old and that would be the likely cause of the hanging operation.

If you can update; do. If you have updated and still experience problems, please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
