HALP

Hi All...

I am not tech savvy and am unable to get through the firmware installation to 4.01. I'm limited and my hands shake. Whatever help you are willing to give is so greatly appreciated.  I need to be walked through it by someone who understands what dealing with a 4 year old is like.    Please have a flower as a token of my appreciation. Not really mine to give but maybe to share...
