rekordbox cloud library sync / mobile library sync

Hi All

I am new to the XDJ-RX3 and rekordbox.

I have

• connected rekordbox to my iphone via both app "connect to rekordbox"
• selected tracks in performance mode and added to a playlist via beatport which I have subscribed to.

I cant seem to transfer the tracks from my laptop to my phone, the option to cloud library sync and mobile library sync are greyed out. greyed out in both performance and export mode.

Actually when I click export, all tracks in my playlist disappear. 

I signed up to rekordbox professional via dropbox the works. 

*I have connect the dropbox etc so I believe I have set things up correctly 

Still not sure what to do, All youtube clips show mobile library sync working
