CDJ 850 PC Connection problem

I have two players.

One connects fine but the other has started having problems. There is an inscription on the player that it is connected. However, in the PC driver stage, the player is not visible.

I tried on two computers, also with changing cables.

So my question is. has anyone had such a case?

Can it be solved at the software level?

Will a service visit be necessary?

Sorry to hear about that -- if it's always the same player, the issue may be the CDJ itself. Please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your player inspected and/or repaired.
