Serious Time Sensitive Sync Issue

Hi all! 

I'd been talking with support (Pulse I believe) on Sunday about a serious issue that popped up. For whatever reason after Sunday support stopped responding and have not responded to any emails for 3 days. I have not been rude or anything so I don't understand the radio silence. 

Anyways, I have a big problem and I need it resolved before Saturday. I have a huge gig with hundreds of people coming out. 

Ok, here's the problem. When I have two tracks loaded and tap the sync button, the track that isn't the master track starts to drift significantly and then the audio starts to artifact and degrade. This happens whether my DDJ-RR is connected or not, so it's in the software. I'm running the latest version of Rekordbox on an M1 Macbook Air running the lastest version of Ventura.
