rekordbox dropbox cloud issue

Since the 6.7 update I'm having this issue - some tracks have the cloud icon, but it's darkened, and for all these tracks I'm unable to analyse the track, show it in finder, or use any options from the Cloud Library Sync drop-down. the files are stored locally. what's happening here?

Can you show the full path of the files which are both white cloud and grey cloud?

So all of the songs listed in the upper image (which you say are white cloud) are from your Dropbox folder; songs that are already uploaded.

The bottom image (grey cloud) are songs you had on the D: drive connected to the computer named "JAMES-PC" but were not uploaded to the cloud, hence the grey cloud.

Thanks for clarifying that, but the problem wasn't figuring out the reason for the different cloud icon colours. The problem is what's going on with all the tracks that apparently aren't on the cloud - if those tracks aren't uploaded to the cloud, why can't they be displayed in finder or analysed, and why is the Cloud Library Sync sub-menu disabled for all these tracks? If this menu was able to be accessed, I would upload them to the cloud.

anyway, I've just figured it out:

need to have the top option selected in my page, then the tracks can be forced to store locally and can be analysed and found in finder etc
