2 things: add runtime in edit-mode + filename-option in edit-mode

1. a simple time and time-left counter of a track in edit mode. You cant see any runtime while playing/editting a track in edit-mode

2. when you render a track: Either add an option to name the filename to your liking or an option NOT to immediately add it to the collection. Why? Because when you render a track the filename misses the artist, which is annoying when you have a "artist - title (remix).flac"-filesystem. So after rendering I have to find it in the finder, rename the file and add the artist, then add it again to the rekordbox-collection. Then I have to remove the missing file (because of the renaming).

Its annoying to always have to do that steps :) Thanks in advance
