Recuring emergency loop on cdj 3000

Hey, Yesterday I had the most horrible 4-hour gig of my life. I played at a club with CDJ 3000s and encountered a recurring issue with "emergency loop." Almost 1 out of 3 tracks would stop and display the error message "emergency loop" with a very short loop, forcing me to quickly mix in another track. Additionally, two tracks abruptly cut off without any error message or loop. It was extremely embarrassing and made my set stressful and dreadful. I've had this issue before on the CDJ 3000s at this same club, but only once or twice per set. This time it was impossible to play... I have had no issues with my RX2 at home, nor at other clubs that have CDJ 2000s. I should note that I tested three different USB drives from different brands and capacities, both linked and unlinked, yesterday. I also have a lot of cue points. Could this be the source of the problem, as apparently other DJs don't have any issues at this club?
