DJM S7 - Pioneer Utility Download Link Doesn't Work nor Product Registration

I just purchased a DJM S7 Mixer. The online instructions say to visit Pioneer Support for the Settings Utility link to download. When I plug in my Pionner DJM S7 mixer to my Macbook Pro, it isn't recognized yet because there is not Utility folder installed. The link to download the utility is broken on Pioneers website. 

Also, when I try to register the product I just purchased, the product does not show under Pioneers dropdown list. I'm trying to register my S7 Mixer online but the S7 mixer is not shown.
