DJM-A9 Bluetooth NOT Connecting

Connected 1st time after unboxing

lost connectivity and not able to connect again

tried - ipad - iphone - android - macbook pro - ugh...

I have the same problem, i can't get teh bluetooth on the A9 to work.   My iphone keeps showing me a number and asking if the A9 is showing the code/number.   I have to answer yes or no.  I answer yes and then it gives a message that it cannot connect, then just disconnects and the process starts over. Same with ipad or macbook pro. please help!

Also no info on-site for its app stagehand?

manual has no info on bluetooh or solutions for this

Same here. It does work with my phone but does not work with mac. However connection keeps dropping all the time when I tried it with my phone

The Bluetooth connection worked on the first phone that was connected, a Samsung S21 Ultra (Bluetooth version Bluetooth v5.2)

'I bought the Samsung S23 Ultra (Bluetooth Bluetooth version v5.3) and does not pair. The message ''Could not be paired. Please check the settings of this device and try again.''

I tried the pairing on other phones but it also did not work.

Remembering that first of all I undid the pairing in S21.

I hope that soon a firmware will come out that will correct this flaw.
