Projects in Squid

Hi all! Sorry if this is a newbie question. I am setting up a live set using Squid, I need to switch between projects between the set, but when you switch playing stops! Is there a way for the Squid to keep playing? Using only one project is not enough, I need 16 pattern sets per "song" in my set, and I have about 9 or 10 "songs" I need to go through. Hopefully there is a solution?
