DJM-S9 Win11 i9 Laptop freezes waveform with Serato DJ

I bought a brand new i9 Acer laptop with specs:

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
          System Manufacturer: Acer
          System Model: Nitro AN515-58
          BIOS: V2.05 (type: UEFI)
          Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900H (20 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
          Memory 64.0 RAM
Chip type: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics Family
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
          4TB NVME SSD
          Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)

This new i9 Laptop system runs all my other DJ gear like Pioneer SRT 1000, Rane SL3 perfectly fine, but for some bizarre reason the DJM-S9 through any serato version (tried 2.5.7 and latest 3.0.8) after a few minutes will freeze up the waveform.

Then the only way to get it going again is to adjust the USB Buffer latency bar inside serato DJ audio settings. It can be set  5, 10 or 20. It will work for a bit then continue to happen again.

All it takes is running basic applications like the NVIDIA Graphics control panel or minimizing serato window for a few minutes and even being in the windows display and power settings for the waveforms to freeze when connected to the S9 mixer.

I have updated the S9 firmware 1.09 and the utility version is 1.100 and have been monitoring for 5 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled (updated) both my graphics cards the Intel Iris & NVIDIA Ge force 3060 and this still happens. I have removed all apps from my laptop and made a clean windows 11 install.

I would say it has something to do with audio latency and either with the i9 processor & NVIDIA graphics card not liking the DJM-S9 ASIO drivers and needs an urgent windows 11 update and S9 firmware please.

Similar to this case Except I'm on Windows 11. https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/208563586-DJM-S9-with-Serato-DJ-Crashing?input_string=DJM-S9%20Win%2011%20i9%20freezes%20waveform%20with%20Serato%20DJ

***UPDATE***

its been a few weeks and issue with running Serato DJ Pro (any version) on a 12th Gen i9 Laptop causing waveforms to freeze after (few minutes) in INT mode is still happening.

Work around for now: Try Running Serato DJ as Administrator in windows 11 and it will stop the freezeing of waveform. The big issue with that it disables some functionality with transferring music files between windows. So its exactly not a fix.

This only happens with the S9 as my Rane SL3 and Pioneer SRT1000 and other pioneer mixers do not experience this issue on the same laptop.

Maybe some updated DJM S9 Windows 11 drivers for the12th gen Intel i9 laptops could solve this problem please.

I have the same problem on the S11. I also think it's the driver. Perhaps the connection to the S11 is lost. Uninstalling the USB port driver in Win didn't help either. Drivers and firmware are up to date. The driver from 2021!!!!or FW 2020!!! is on the homepage. My S11/Serato smears, unpredictably. today for example when editing the midimapping in Serato. As with you on an XDJ-XZ, the laptop including stems runs without problems in live analysis. I'm following this further. But I'll try that with the Admin Varainte.

Wow Really bad support, Blaming a high spec Laptop because it has a dual graphics card. Everything points back to the S9 Mixer and drivers with windows 11 (latest build).

Pioneer this response is unacceptable and NOT SOLVED:

We have plenty of other users running Windows 11 with the DJM-S9 who are not experiencing these types of problems, and unfortunately we are unable to directly identify the issue with your setup that is causing the issues to occur. Please understand that gaming computers prioritize the display output; frames per second is what's critical in gaming, and while they may have powerful components, they're not optimized to handle audio tasks as a priority.

I understand that you have tried disabling different software and drivers to no avail, but it still could simply be a conflict with core device components or another element of the operating system or its configuration which is interfering with the performance. I apologize for the inconvenience, however we are unable to provide further assistance in troubleshooting this matter.

Disgusting seriously.

For over a month I have been talking and investigating with multiple vendors:

NVIDIA  - They point it to Pioneer

Serato DJ Pro - They point it to the Pioneer

Microsoft Windows - They point it to the pioneer

Acer - They point it to pioneer

and Pioneer - You say its my laptop But why does every other Pioneer and 3rd party DJ mixer not have this issue on my laptop???
