it's in the club setting, that usually is an area pre mixer "boot up" so you should be fine to make that change

im not home to check but look in the manual, to get into the club setting you usually have to shut off the mixer and then hold down a button on the mixer while it powers up, it then goes into a pre boot hidden setting menu

can't do the software as it won't work on my laptop for R/B as i think my laptop is a bit old now to handle R/B

i'm starting to think it might be a power supply issue rather a software problem as the reason it would power down so quickly ...what you think???

absolutely, if you cant get it to even power on, most likely thats what it is or a faulty board causing the mixer to immediately go into a protect state

it does power up, but only for about 10 seconds

Definitely call it in, maybe theres a local authorized repair place by you too. The number is at the top right of the page

I had an issue where my DJM-2000 wouldn't boot up as well.  It was definitely a Power supply issue.  I sent the unit to their HQ in California and they fixed it under my warranty.  Much quicker than anticipated too.
