It will take any input you throw at it - I think a drum machine would be pretty cool to run through the RMX.
I just connected my Kaosillator through it and it's stupid amounts of fun!

Drum Machine to RMX 1000
Has anyone been running a drum machine's output (via a mixer or not) through the RMX 1000? I think it might be a great effector for live but I'm worried that it won't handle "real" instrument signals as well as a processed and tamed, mastered production on .wav or mp3?
I'm not a DJ but I've been craving for this gear for months now as if I was one :)

the drum machine would work ok as you can eq them and put delay or reverb on them before they output so they will sit in the mix once you have fine tuned.
